part 2 – RESET YOUR BODY
Welcome to The Well Path, a space for curious people to build healthier, happier, more intentional lives. New podcast episodes drop weekly on Wednesdays, and newsletters come out on Sunday mornings. If you haven’t already, listen + subscribe to the podcast.
💊 Movement is medicine
There’s nothing more powerful than a consistent workout routine. It’s about so much more than the physical benefits. Regular movement lifts your mood, clears your mind, boosts your energy, and strengthens your immune system.
Every body is different and you should consult a licensed trainer if you have specific fitness goals in mind. But if you’re looking for some inspiration, here’s an overview of the fitness routine I follow and swear by:
3x/week: Strength training – I get my strength workouts from FORM by Sami Clarke.
2x/week: Pilates – I alternate between creating my own mat sequences and pulling workouts from FORM.
1x/week: Yoga – Don’t skip this! It’s crucial for flexibility and more importantly, the best way to foster a mind-body connection.
1x/week: Cardio – I alternate between a 3-4 mile run or walk, depending on where I am in my cycle. 💡 Tip: Up-level your walk by adding Bala bangles to your ankles or wrists for extra resistance.
I’ve followed this routine for about two years, and it’s been completely transformative. If you decide to give it a try, I’d love to hear how it works for you!
P.S. If you’re in Dubai, follow Fit Necessities on Instagram for fitness studio reviews + be the first to know about community workouts <3

👟Your turn:
If you don’t already have a fitness routine you love, I invite you to try mine on for size.
Here’s what you’re going to do:
Sign up for a 7-day free trial of FORM. If you don’t love it, you can cancel anytime within your 7-day free trial. Use the code BROOKEROBBINS to get 25% off an annual membership if you love your trial. Sign up for your free trial.
Build your program. FORM offers a variety of set programs to choose from. You can start by following their weekly Pilates x Strength schedule, or customize it to suit your needs. I recommend just following the schedule. Having one less decision to make makes it that much more likely that you’ll follow through every day.
Find a yoga studio. I love at-home workouts, but there is something about yoga that just hits different in the studio. If you’re in Dubai, check out our reviews on Fit Necessities. Otherwise, explore options on ClassPass or Mindbody.
Trust your instincts. The most important thing is finding movement you enjoy and can commit to. Experiment! If this routine doesn’t resonate with you, try something else. There are countless amazing workout apps and free resources on YouTube to explore. Here are a few options:
Orro App – Curated workouts from many different trainers offering a variety of different workout types
Pilates by Byrony – At-home pilates workouts
B the method – low-impact, at-home workouts
