#21: spring cleaning for your soul :')

energy-audit your life

🔋 Energy-audit your life

Your energy is your most precious resource, but so many of us give ours away freely.

Taking stock of who and what in your life is draining your energy—and what is adding to it—will allow you to make changes to step into the most radiant version of you.

How to do an energy audit:

  1. Write down a list of every person you’ve spent time with in the last two weeks

→ Next to each name, mark the following:

    • + if you leave interactions with them feeling more energized and excited about life

    • - if you leave them feeling worse about life, about yourself, or just lower energy

    • [] if you leave interactions with them feeling neutral

  2. Think about all the places you spent time (i.e. your office, your apartment, the gym, a coffee shop, etc.) and write those down

    → Repeat the process

  3. Lastly, write down all of the activities that you spent your time on: (i.e. working, exercising, meditating, surfing, painting, walking, etc.)

    → Repeat the process

Once you have your list, consider the following questions:

  • Did anything on your list surprise you?

  • How can you incorporate more +’s into this upcoming week?

  • How can you set boundaries with your -’s?

  • Is there anything your gut is telling you you need to cut out entirely?

  • How can you be a + for the people in your life this week?

  • Challenge: Let your +’s know who they are 🤍 Gratitude is the most beautiful frequency
